Text to PDF Converter
Use this text to PDF converter to paste notes or open a TXT file. No account or upload. Hindi, Urdu and other scripts use your browser’s print dialog.
How to convert
Paste text or open a file
Use plain text or a UTF-8 .txt or .md file up to 1 MB. Headings and bullets are formatted; the file stays on your device.
Add a title (optional)
A title appears at the top of the first page in larger, bold type.
Download or save through print
Latin text downloads as a PDF. Hindi, Urdu and other scripts use your browser’s print dialog: choose Save as PDF. Pages use A4 margins.
Notepad to PDF: start with a plain-text file
Keep the source editable
Save a copy of your notes as a UTF-8 .txt file, or paste them into the editor above. Open a text file reads that copy on your device; it does not connect to a cloud folder or change the original file. This tool accepts plain .txt and .md content, not DOCX, ZIP, EXE or an existing PDF.
Choose a simple structure
Use # for a main heading, ## for a section and a dash followed by a space for a bullet. Blank lines separate paragraphs. Tables, embedded pictures, linked attachments and a word processor’s page layout are not imported. If you need those, keep working in the document’s original editor.
Check the exported file
Download PDF starts a local download for supported Latin text. Open the saved file and compare it with the source: check the title, bullet order, numbers, page breaks and final paragraph. Keep the text file if you may need to edit again; exporting does not turn this page into a PDF editor.
A notes-to-PDF example you can try
The following notes were written for this guide. They are a fictional example, not an AI output or a customer document.
Sample source text
# Workshop notes These notes are fictional and provided only to try the converter. ## Decisions - Review three poster drafts on Friday. - Keep the current venue until the new quote arrives. ## Open question The delivery date has not been agreed. Do not replace it with an invented date.
What to inspect
The PDF should contain the main heading, Decisions and Open question sections, and both bullets in their original order. The unresolved delivery date should remain unresolved. Conversion formats your words; it does not summarize, rewrite or invent missing information.
Hindi text to PDF and mobile saving
Use the browser print route for other scripts
Hindi, Urdu and other characters outside the direct-download font switch the action to Print / Save as PDF. The browser uses available device fonts and text shaping. Select a PDF destination if your browser offers one, inspect the preview and save the file. A requested print dialog does not mean the PDF has already been saved.
Check the text before sharing
Inspect joined letters, punctuation, paragraph direction and line breaks in the actual saved PDF. Font availability and printing options depend on the browser and device. If a PDF destination is unavailable on your phone, try a supported desktop browser with your own source text. You do not need to send it to Brainbaby chat to convert it.

Your text is converted on your device and never uploaded to a server.
Need the text written, not just formatted?
Brainbaby drafts, rewrites, and summarizes — then you can bring the result straight back here to export as a PDF.
AI features require an account and use your plan allowance. Conversion does not send this text into chat.
Frequently asked questions
Is this text to PDF converter free?
Yes. Conversion is free, with no account or watermark. Use up to 200,000 characters; imported text files must be at most 1 MB.
Is my text uploaded anywhere?
No. The conversion runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your text never leaves your device and is never sent to a server.
Does it support Markdown?
It handles the common basics — `#`, `##`, and `###` headings become bold headings, and lines starting with `-` or `*` become bullets. Everything else renders as plain text.
What page size does it use?
A4 with standard margins. Long text automatically flows onto additional pages.
Can I change the font size?
Yes — there's a font size control above the editor, which is useful for fitting more on a page or making a document easier to read.
Is there a length limit?
Use up to 200,000 characters per document. Imported UTF-8 text files must be at most 1 MB. Split larger documents into smaller parts to keep conversion responsive.
Does it work on mobile?
Latin-text PDFs download in supported mobile browsers. For other scripts, use the browser’s print or sharing options to save a PDF. The available print destination depends on your browser and device.
Can I convert a .txt file?
Yes. Choose Open a text file, select a UTF-8 .txt or .md file and review its contents. Import reads the file locally; it does not upload it. You can also paste text.
Can I save Hindi or Urdu text as a PDF?
Yes, through your browser’s Print / Save as PDF option, which uses available device fonts and text shaping. Choose Save as PDF, disable browser headers and footers if needed, and inspect the saved file. Urdu paragraphs follow their natural right-to-left direction.
