How it works
Choose your source
Upload an image you have the right to edit in Image Studio, or provide a publicly readable HTTPS sourceImage URL through the API.
Describe one change
Specify what should change in the scene, lighting, clothing or style. Review the result and refine your prompt if needed.
Save your edit
A completed web edit or API request uses image credits. Check your balance and top-up options in Billing.
Questions before you start
Can I edit a real person's intimate image?
Only lawful, consensual work is allowed. Non-consensual intimate imagery and sexual depictions of identifiable real people without consent are prohibited.
Can I edit through an API?
Yes. /v1/images/edit accepts a prompt and publicly readable HTTPS sourceImage URL, and uses one image credit.
Is editing separate from image generation credits?
No. Image editing and generation draw from the same image-credit balance. Video credits are separate.
