Privacy Policy
Your device sends the request to Brainbaby’s backend over HTTPS. The backend can read the content needed for the task and sends relevant prompts, context or uploads to the selected AI or connected-service provider. The result returns through Brainbaby and may be saved in your account.
Security boundaries
Encryption
Transport encryption and infrastructure encryption at rest protect different parts of this flow. They do not make ordinary AI requests end-to-end encrypted between user-held keys. Brainbaby does not describe this hosted AI workflow as zero-knowledge storage.
Access
Authorized backend services and appropriately privileged operators may be able to access content for service operations, support or legal requirements. Account and workspace permissions restrict ordinary user access; they do not mean that only your device can decrypt the content.
Providers and processing
Training and retention
Brainbaby’s policy is not to use private conversations or uploads to train foundation models. External processing, retention and training terms depend on the provider, feature and applicable agreement; this page is not a blanket zero-retention or no-training guarantee for every third party.
Residency
Storage and processing locations depend on the configured infrastructure and selected providers. This page does not promise that all data from European users remains exclusively in the EU.
