AI Project Status Presentation: Show the Decision
A status deck should let a stakeholder decide what happens next without reading the entire project log. Build it from dated evidence and a small number of meaningful milestones. Use AI to organize the narrative, then check that the deck has not converted uncertain progress into confident completion.

Prepare these inputs
01
Provide milestone names, planned dates, actual status and evidence links. Keep source completion, review, deployment and acceptance separate where they differ.
02
List current risks, unresolved dependencies and decisions with owners. Include a date for the snapshot so the deck is not mistaken for a live dashboard.
03
State who will attend and what decision is needed. Limit background detail to what changes that decision; keep a supporting appendix available.
A prompt you can adapt
Prompt
Create a six-slide project status deck from [dated project facts]. Include objective, milestone table, delivered evidence, blockers, options and decisions needed. Preserve supplied status words and dates. Do not invent a percentage complete or hide overdue items. Put assumptions in notes. End each decision with an owner and requested response date, marking missing owners unknown.
Worked example — illustrative, not a customer result
Illustrative project: the new page is implemented, accessibility review is pending and production deployment awaits account access. The milestone slide shows three distinct states. A decision slide asks the account owner to provide approved access or move the launch date. The deck does not turn an implementation screenshot into proof that users can use the live service.
Acceptance checks before delivery
01
Do status labels and dates match the source facts, including delayed or unverified items?
02
Does each risk or decision have an owner and a next action, without invented estimates?
03
Can the exported milestone table be read on a small screen and in the meeting’s target language?
A mistake to avoid
Avoid a decorative progress percentage calculated from the number of tasks. Five small completed items do not prove that half of a project is complete when the remaining dependency may determine the entire launch.
From the brief to a usable deliverable
Start by pasting the brief into chat and ask for missing information before a draft. Keep source facts, assumptions and open questions separate. Review the draft, then move approved material into the relevant workspace. A well-written answer is a starting point; inspect the actual document, slide, image, video or code before handing it over. Signing in preserves the workspace destination linked from this guide; it does not submit a paid generation automatically.
For work across India and Pakistan, write instructions in the language you use comfortably, then specify the delivery language. Confirm names, Indian or Pakistani numbering conventions, currency, date format and the client’s time zone. Hindi and Urdu versions of this guide are available below; page translation does not mean every signed-in app screen is translated.
Free chat has usage limits. New accounts do not receive free image-generation or image-editing attempts. Media uses the applicable image or video balance and the price shown for the selected job; the balances are separate. Builder work follows current plan usage. Check the live plan and checkout before buying; this guide does not promise a fixed INR or PKR price, local payment-method support or unlimited output.
Remove passwords, bank details and unrelated personal information before uploading material. Only share files and client data you are allowed to use. AI can omit context or invent details; approval and publication stay with you.
Before you start
Does this guide guarantee a client-ready result?
No. It provides a task brief, an illustrative example and acceptance checks. Verify source facts and the actual exported result. Paid access does not guarantee accuracy, acceptance, search rankings or client revenue.
Is the worksheet the same as free AI generation?
No. The Markdown worksheet is a free planning file. Brainbaby generation, editing, model usage and exports follow the current account plan, job quote and feature availability.
