# AI Product Demo Presentation: Show a Real Workflow

A useful demo follows the user’s task from input to a result they can inspect. Choose one working journey, collect genuine screenshots and use AI to create a short narration. Keep future features separate so the deck does not promise something the current product cannot deliver.

## Your brief

1. Choose a user, their starting problem and one end-to-end journey. Document the environment and account permissions needed to reproduce it.

   ____________________

2. Inventory genuine screenshots or recordings and label each feature live, preview, mockup or planned. Remove names, tokens and private account data.

   ____________________

3. Define the next action for the audience and a fallback if the live demo cannot run. State what was verified and what remains untested.

## Prompt

Create a seven-slide product demo from [verified workflow and screenshots]. Cover user problem, starting input, key steps, actual result, limitations and next action. Preserve feature-state labels. Suggest narration and a fallback using supplied captures. Do not invent UI screens, performance measurements or integrations. Mark any roadmap idea separately and leave the release date unknown.

## Illustrative example

Illustrative journey: a user uploads permitted notes, drafts an outline and exports a deck. The demo shows the actual exported file opened, not just a loading animation. A planned calendar integration appears only in a roadmap appendix. If export was not tested, the deck calls it unverified rather than showing a fictional success screen.

## Acceptance checks

- [ ] Does the demo show a coherent input-to-result workflow with genuine captures?
- [ ] Are preview and planned features clearly distinguished from what users can access today?
- [ ] Are private data removed and the final result verified in the environment named in the deck?

Do not create a fake customer account or success receipt for a product demo. Use a labeled sample workspace and genuine actions, with simulated data clearly identified as illustrative.
