# Real Estate Pitch Deck Template: Property Proposal

A real estate pitch deck can support a property sale, a leasing proposal or a development discussion. Choose one purpose before opening a template. The same photos and floor plan cannot answer every buyer’s questions. This outline helps organize the evidence; it does not establish a valuation or replace legal, property or financial due diligence.

## Choose the workflow

1. **Identify the asset and the decision**

Record the address or approved public identifier, property type, intended audience and whether the request is a viewing, a lease discussion or an investment diligence step. Confirm permission to publish photos, plans and tenant information.

   ____________________

2. **Build an evidence register**

Label each area, cost, occupancy or comparable by its source and date. Separate measured floor area from an agent estimate, and actual rent from a proposed rent. If a figure is missing, show the gap rather than generating a persuasive substitute.

   ____________________

3. **Explain the plan and dependencies**

Describe the current condition, proposed use, relevant access and infrastructure, work needed and unanswered questions. State which inspections, permissions or professional assessments remain outstanding before the audience makes a commitment.

## Worked example

Fictional six-slide leasing proposal: 1. A small retail unit and the viewing request. 2. Location and access, checked against the actual site. 3. Floor plan with measurements to verify. 4. Dated photographs of frontage and interior. 5. Proposed terms, permitted use and responsibilities, all subject to review. 6. Questions for the landlord and next inspection. For a development pitch, add planning status, construction dependencies and the approved scenario model; do not reuse leasing copy as an investment forecast.

## Adapt this prompt

Create a property proposal outline for [audience and decision] using [verified notes]. Separate facts, estimates and unknowns. Include asset overview, location, condition, evidence, proposed use, dependencies and next diligence step. Do not invent valuations, yields, planning permission or tenant commitments.

## Check before sharing

- [ ] All property photos and plans are authorized and accurately labelled.
- [ ] Areas, costs and dates match the source documents.
- [ ] No slide represents an estimate, proposal or permission as a confirmed fact.

## A mistake to avoid

A wide-angle image or an attractive AI scene can misrepresent the asset. Use real condition photos for factual claims and label any illustrative concept prominently.

This is a planning document, not a finished PPTX, image or video. AI tasks depend on current account access and usage limits.
