# Creative Agency Pitch Deck: Outline and Example

A creative agency pitch deck should help a buyer decide whether your team understands their problem and can deliver the agreed work. Start with the decision, not an agency biography. A digital marketing pitch needs a measurement plan; a branding pitch needs a clear creative rationale. Both need a scope the client can approve.

## Choose the workflow

1. **Write the buying decision**

Name the client, the audience they want to reach, the business problem and the next approval. Separate a discovery meeting from a final proposal: discovery can end with questions; a proposal should end with a specific scope and decision date.

2. **Choose evidence that matches the brief**

Use one relevant case with permission, showing your role, the starting point and the measured outcome. If you lack a comparable case, show a clearly labelled concept and research questions. Never turn a hypothetical campaign into a customer result.

   ____________________

3. **Explain execution before fees**

Show deliverables, milestones, revision rounds, client dependencies and what is excluded. Put the fee alongside that scope, then explain how performance would be measured and who controls the analytics access.

## Worked example

Fictional outline for a neighborhood bakery: 1. Increase weekday catering enquiries. 2. Explain the office-manager audience and the current ordering friction. 3. Show one campaign concept, labelled untested. 4. Describe a landing page and three creative variations. 5. Set out a four-week production sequence with client approval points. 6. List deliverables and revision limits. 7. Define enquiry quality and attribution checks. 8. Ask for approval of discovery. No sales uplift is assumed, and media spend is a separate line from agency fees.

## Adapt this prompt

Create an eight-slide agency proposal for [client] and [audience]. Use only these supplied facts: [notes]. Include problem, insight, concept, deliverables, schedule, measurement, fee assumptions and next decision. Label concepts and missing evidence. Keep agency background to one short section. Do not invent clients, awards or conversion results.

## Check before sharing

- [ ] The work, exclusions, revision rounds and client responsibilities agree across slides.
- [ ] Every case study has permission and identifies our actual contribution.
- [ ] The final slide asks for one decision and explains what happens after approval.

## A mistake to avoid

A beautiful portfolio is not a delivery plan. Avoid filling the first half with logos while leaving ownership, approval delays and reporting undefined.

This is a planning document, not a finished PPTX, image or video. AI tasks depend on current account access and usage limits.
